At the Grand Sole, Pattaya on November the 17th, Mr. Sonata Khunpleum, Culture Minister, was given, along with Associate Professor Chao Maneewong, the Palang Chon leader, the honor of opening the 4th session of the Palang Chon seminar which was attended also by members of Parliament, leaders of the Palang Chon Party and its participating members—a total of about 250 members. The Palang Chon party’s leadership seminar included guest speakers from the Office of the Election Commission of Chonburi to spoke about election law and also awarded certificates to all its members participating in the seminar.
