New Regulations Will Affect Industry on Eastern Seaboard

Thailand’s Cabinet on has approved the revision of ministerial regulations on environmental and health impact assessments of industrial projects, deputy government spokesman Phumin Leetheeraprasert said. These regulations will adversely impact industrial development in the Eastern Seaboard, particularly Map Ta Phut projects.

YWCA helps blind students’ plant trees

Mrs. Nittaya Patimsongkroh, Chairwoman of the YWCA (Young Women Christian Association), Pattaya branch, lead blind students from the royally advocated Phra Maha Tai Blind School, Tourist Police Volunteers and more than 90 students and teachers from Pattaya City School Number 7 to participate in planting mangrove trees under the “Roi Rak Valentine Tree Planting Project” (Valentine’s Mark of Love Tree Planting Project).
