 The Pattaya Expats Club was the first Expat Club ever formed in Thailand and was organized and led by American Drew Noyes as Chairman for the first four years. In its third year the name was changed to Pattaya City Expats Club after Pattaya added the word "City" as the official name Pattaya City and some of the former members started a for-profit company called Pattaya Expats Club, Co., Ltd. The Pattaya (City) Expats Club celebrated its 10th Year Anniversary at its longtime home on the grounds of the Amari Orchid Pattaya.
