The Emergency Medical Institute of Thailand together with Pattaya City along with 11 other medical units recently joined together to offer a 24- hour emergency medical service to people in Pattaya by calling 1669.	In what is very welcome news a conference held at city hall on announced the expected release of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Public Services of Chonburi and the various hospitals in the area announcing that all accident victims will receive free access and medical treatment at all public hospitals in the Pattaya area.
