Philippe Seur is well-known as the doctor who donates his time and seeks out the resources in rescuing people living with HIV/AIDS, not only for the gay community but to anyone from Pattaya and far away who hear of his life-saving work and find their way to his office.

Sattahip District Chief, Chaicharn Iamcharoen ,recently revealed that the "Thai Culture for Community" project has been created to combine various social situations, such as tradition, norm, local wisdom, belief, and religion, to use creatively for social development activities.

The room is part of an engineering civic action program for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2009. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance the operational readiness of the participating forces.

The Chonburi Cultural Department recently launched their project “Thai Culture for Community Relationship 2009” chaired by Chonburi Governor Mr. Senee Chittakasem at Chonburi City Hall.

A seminar was recently held at the Prime Minister’s office in Bangkok concerning the implementation of the "Sufficient Economy" project. It was attended by over 3,000 District Chiefs (NaiAm-Phur) from across Thailand.
