I was appointed as a member of the Board of my condo association in Jomtien while I was away from Thailand. So I signed a Power of Attorney for another owner and board member to cast my votes and to sign documents pertaining to the condo association on my behalf.

In the brief time it has been open, the Hilton Pattaya Hotel has won four prestigious awards: Best Hotel Architecture, Asia Pacific, Best Hotel Architecture, Thailand, Best New Hotel Construction and Design, Thailand, and a High Commendation for Hotel Interior, Thailand, all under the Asia Pacific Hotel Awards 2011 held in association with Bloomberg Television. The Hilton Hotel Pattaya is the landmark property rising above the Central Festival Pattaya Beach on Beach Road and offers guests direct inside access to this fabulous shopping mall. There are many delicious and well-appointed restaurants in the Hilton Pattaya like Edge Restaurant, Shore Restaurant, Drift Restaurant and the Flare Restaurant.
