8,000 trees were recently planted in order to offer merit to HM the Queen. The tree planting project was conducted by The Crown Property Bureau in association with its three networking organizations: the Siam Commercial Company, Siam Cement Group and Tewet Assurance Company. The 8,000 trees were planted on an approximately 40 rai area. The project was part of HM the Queen’s goal to complete eight million tree plantings aimed at returning an abundant ecosystem to the environment and community. | An old law will be enforced beginning next month in Bangkok. Bangkok residents are warned that they will be fined for littering in public.
