The concert was held at Tappraya Road’s Chateau Dale Plaza and was organized by the Optimist International Club of Thailand and a new group known as the Pattaya Builder’s Association. | A recent meeting of foreign business owners and high-ranking, Thai government officials was held at Bruno’s Restaurant to follow up on the fund-raising party at Château Dale Plaza last month that the Optimist Club of Thailand and Pattaya Times Media Corp. led by Drew Noyes and Pattaya Builder’s Group led by Barry Sullivan co-organized to help 11 local schools in the Pattaya Educational Service Area. |

A group of Pattaya foreign businessmen living in Pattaya led by Barry Sullivan, Managing Director of Siam Pacific Engineering is planning an extraordinary party to raise funds for much-needed repairs to local Pattaya schools following the severe budget cuts for Pattaya City ordered by the central government.
