Fish

The basis for all good soups and a lot of other stews or casserole dishes is a good fresh stock. They are usually made from the bones and flesh of fish, meat and poultry, with added vegetables. Whatever stock you have should be in harmony with the ingredients in your end dish.

After the trip the previous day, yours truly was very much out of sorts and nearly decided not to go. However thinking only of my faithful followers I bore the pains of a bad stomach and tiredness and made ready for the trip to Bangsaray.

Last issue, we introduced an alternative spa option—the use of natural distillation. This week, we’d like to introduce another spa idea for relaxation and health through the use of hundreds of small fish. You simply place your feet or other parts of the body into a tub of water that contains the fish. The little fish will nibble away at dead skin, causing the nerves to react and result in a tickling sensation. All customers will enjoy and be invigorated by the unique relaxation provided by these fish.

Hundreds of fancy cartoon fish were recently released into the Samaesarn Sea in Sattahip district.The ceremony was led and chaired by TAT Director, Niti Kongkrut, and his staff. The objective was to decorate and color the Samasarn Sea in order to attract both domestic and international tourists to experience the beautiful underwater world of this location, one of the most stunning beaches and scenic waterways on Thailand’s Eastern coast.
