Thorne's On a Roll The Pattaya Golf Society returned to Khao Kheow after an absence of six months on Tuesday, 29th September to play a stableford competition over the B and C nines. The course was very damp and there was little or no "run" and, with a strong wind blowing all day, there was an emphasis on course management skills. On an empty course a local five-ball caused havoc in front of the field, leading to a round of more than five hours as the five ball repeatedly ignored the protestations of marshalls.
