The concert was held at Tappraya Road’s Chateau Dale Plaza and was organized by the Optimist International Club of Thailand and a new group known as the Pattaya Builder’s Association. |

 The Siam Bayshore Resort & Spa, Pattaya and Thailand Guitar Society will present the first Pattaya Classical Guitar Festival on Saturday, 31 October. The festival is surely the biggest and most vibrant event for classical guitar aficionados and music lovers in the bay area. |  Residents of The Village, on Pattaya Third Road and many residents around the area have recently filed a complaint regarding loud music during the night caused by three entertainment venues: Phuket, Chidlom, and Tanglak. These venues are located beside The Village and have produced an unacceptable level of loud music. The residents said that they have to take sleeping pills to fall asleep, as a result of the high decibel disturbances |
