To select the best meal ever is a very subjective decısıon. For me, I usually think of my last memorable meal. Believe me when I say I had that experience just a few days ago at the A-ONE Royal Cruise Hotel Restaurant—a very unique restaurant surrounded by an outdoor pool and set above ground level with one of the best views of Pattaya Beach. I thought to myself this is the best restaurant in the world, the best chef in the world, and I just had the best meal of my life. But to put it in perspective, I said the same thing after so many meals and so many experiences…the best cheese cake from my grandmother’s kitchen, the best roast at the Union Bar & Grill in London, the best lamb cutlets at Marius in Rio de Janeiro, and the list goes on…

Simon's is on the outside of Jomtien Complex on Thappraya Road round from the Hanaman statue and is an open fronted shop with no aircon but has several fans. The tables are basic wood, some with tablecloths and place mats.
