Russians traditionally celebrate their Christmas thirteen days after everyone else in accordance with the old Julian calendar.

Hard Rock Café celebrated its eighth anniversary with a ‘rockin’ performance from the Thai band, Fahrenheit in October.

The event was held at the famous Hard Rock Café and was attended by guests in pink colored clothes who generously bought signature breast cancer key chains, while quenching their thirst with the Pinktober cocktail and ‘mocktails.’ For each drink sold, fifty baht was donated to the ‘Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation.’ Limited edition Pinktober paraphernalia, such as t-shirts and pins, were also popular. Fifteen percent of the proceeds from the sales of these items went to breast cancer awareness.
