Power of Attorney

Hi Drew, My Thai wife of 14 years has been in a coma for the past two weeks. She is not expected to survive. My thoughts are now turning to the future especially as our house is in her name. She has made a will which is lodged at the Nai Amphur as you suggested at an expats meeting last year. She is still in a coma and seems to be going into a vegetative state. So my question is;
