Foreign (non-Thai) owners of Thai companies holding property as assets can transfer property now and save a lot of money. The Pattaya Times newspaper broke the story on January 7 this year warning expiates that Land Offices fees to transfer ownership of condos, land or any registered property will increase after March 26.
