Asian University

The Ministry of Science and Technology recently held a ‘Science Caravan’ project organized by the National Science Museum at the Asian University. The event was flooded with students from Pattaya and Chonburi.

Asian University’s Summer University 2009 started on August 3. With thirty-nine young people from thirteen different countries, it will be a truly international experience. They will spend three weeks in Thailand, learning about the Thai ways, culture and history and about doing business here.

Asian University holds its yearly Summer Camps from the middle of March to the middle of May every year. This year they have had two hundred and thirty two students who took part in the program.

The first of the two annual Summer Camp at Asian University has just kicked off, with 136 youngsters staying on the campus to better their English, and have fun. A group of teachers from Pattaya are also improving their English communications skills at the University, and join forces with the Summer Campers for early morning aerobics classes.

Abstract artist James Kennedy and ceramist Bob Bachler of Surface Gallery and Atelier, New Hampton, visited the Multimedia department of Asian university on 11 February.
