So far, seven victims of Andrew Drummond's alleged criminal acts have filed charges. Evidence is expected to show that the unemployed, former News of the World journalist now living in Bangkok has been using a blog website in order to gather cash donations from people who think he actually is protecting them. His supporters will have to pay more bail bonds so Drummond can delay serving jail time until a dozen criminal court cases against him in Bangkok, Pattaya and Kho Samui go to trial. So far, seven victims of his criminal acts have filed charges.

Thailand blogger Andrew Drummond posts 50,000 baht bail as he is again a Defendant in Pattaya Provincial Court. Self-proclaimed "Investigative Journalist" Andrew Drummond writing under one of his aliases "The Flying Sporran" has been a Defendant facing criminal charges in Pattaya many times. In an unrelated case, since 2004 Drummond has been a Defendant for defamation for writing a Bangkok Post article falsely accusing foreign business owners of crimes. The Bangkok Post settled the case and fired Drummond as a freelance journalist. Andrew Drummond was sued for a million baht by two Pattaya businessmen and Drummond was also found guilty on criminal charges for the Bangkok Post article. Drummond, angered by the Bangkok Post rejecting his plea for help, appealed and the case is still in court pending in the Supreme Court.

Andrew Drummond ordered to face police questioning following a two-year police investigation in Thailand by The Royal Thai Police. Taking part in the investigations into criminal acts are the Bangkok cyber crimes police division, the Thailand Crime Suppression Division (CSD), the Ministry of Information and Computer Technology (MICT) crime division, the Bangkok Police and Pattaya City Police. Now Andrew Michael Drummond, 61, of the UK Is ordered to appear at the main Pattaya police station to answer to multiple criminal charges of defamation and cyber crimes filed against him. Numerous criminal charges were made in Bangkok and Pattaya against Andrew Michael Drummond who was escorted from Bangkok to the Pattaya police station by กนกรัตน์ นิ่มสมุทธ บูธ (นก) Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth (Nok).

Several government agencies including private investigators are looking into foreigners living in the Bangkok and Pattaya areas who have been disrupting Thai society by causing fabricated disputes between foreign businessmen and retirees. In several recent cases retirees have been blogging on the Internet and using the court system to file false charges to damage the reputation of outstanding, foreign business people working and living in Thailand. These actions are damaging to society and will be stopped, a leading Thai police official says. Among those known to be under investigation are Andrew Michael Drummond of Bangkok, Andre Johannes Machielsen of Naklua, James C Phillips of Las Vegas and Pattaya, Stuart "Joe" Furstman of Nongprue and Thor Ferris Halland also of Nongprue. All men have been involved in recent court cases and are known to conspire together to make attacks on Expat business people in Thailand using blogs on the Internet.

In a rather bizarre case that concluded yesterday, Drew Noyes was found not guilty on all charges brought by Andre Machielsen. The case was dismissed by the presiding judge. Criminal charges are now being filed against Mr. Machielsen for more serious crimes than he alleged Mr. Noyes committed. Another defamation case brought by Machielsen"s close friend James (Jim) C Phillips against Drew Noyes was also dismissed in Las Vegas Nevada. Both cases were blogged about by Andrew Drummond except for their dismissals.

In a strange case that was heard in Pattaya Provincial Court last November against Drew Noyes, the judge in the case gave the final verdict today. Andre Johannes Machielsen had filed a criminal case against local businessman Drew Walter Noyes for defamation and violation of the Thailand Computer Crimes Act. The charges stem from a negative post in 2008 about Andre Machielsen that was posted in reply to false allegations about Drew Noyes on a hate blog website. Thor Ferris Halland, a witness for Andre Machielsen, admitted in court that he and Andre Machielsen had made the hate website and added negative comments about Drew Noyes on the Blogger site. The comment against Machielsen could not have been posted if there was not site. The creator of the site is responsible under Thai law for all content including posts and comments. Therefore, Machielsen was responsible for the comment that offended him. Machielsen is said to have conspired with another man of questionable mental state named James C Phillips to defame Drew Noyes.

Criminal charges against Andrew Drummond are accepted by Pattaya Provincial Court in Criminal Case number 9731/2555. See the official court decision below where the Pattaya Provincial Criminal Court Judge orders Andrew Michael Drummond bound over for Criminal trial on March 11, 2013 at 9 am. The court order states that at trial he must post 50,000 baht bail or a fugitive warrant will be issued and served on Drummond by police in Thailand. The procedure is if he fails to appear for that trial, Drummond will be arrested and sent to court. Drummond posts in his own name "Andrew Drummond" and also posts on the internet as "Flying Sporran" among other aliases. Drummond was informed if he is in the court room when the case is heard he will have to post bail or go to jail until he is able to post bail. As the court order shows, the judge accepted the criminal case and charged Drummond with criminal charges, stating Andrew Drummond is wrong for posting articles on the internet according to the Computer Crime Act of 2007, Section 14(1), and the Thai Criminal Code Section 90 and 91. Additionally, there are multiple criminal charges brought by two other victims of Andrew Drummond scheduled for January 28, 2013. The Pattaya Provincial Court Criminal case numbers are 9819/2555 and 9134/2555. In both criminal cases the charges are Drummond violated the Thailand Computer Crime Act of 2007, Section 14(1), and the Thai Criminal Code Section 90 and 91.
