Kasikorn Research Centre: Thai exports to start growing Nov-Dec

The volume and value of Thailand’s exports value will continue to contract until the last two months of this year, with their total value expected to contract 14.5-19 per cent compared to the 15.5 per cent growth registered in 2008, according to a report issued by Kasikorn Research Centre.

New procedures for staff on the ground, as well as those who work on the ramps, have been introduced by Thai Airways, as it becomes the latest airline to increase preventative measures against influenza.

Walk Rally held to prevent Dengue Fever in Schools

Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome presided over the inauguration of the Walk Rally event aimed at raising awareness and preventing the outbreak of Dengue Fever in schools and other learning institutes in Pattaya. The event was held at Phra Mahathai meeting room in Pattaya City Hall and was attended by over 280 public and private school teachers and students (from grades 5-6).
