Market Launch for LS Condo Town

LS Condo Town, a 300-million baht condominium project that is being developed by a joint venture between Luangsuwan Real Estate Ltd and well-known developer Kritchai Siriphol, was opened for apartment sales on November 19.
The project is located on an area of two rai at Sukhumvit Road, behind Tesco Lotus department store, and will be a 14-story structure with a total of 180 units.
The formal launch of the project was jointly announced by Mrs Nuanchan Luangsuwan, president of Luangsuwan Real Estate, and Kritchai Siriphol.
Marketing will focus on the value-for-money aspect, with a good location, plenty of living space, swimming pool, fitness center, parking lot and full security all included.
