Miss Thailand, Sirapassorn Atthayakorn, better known as Sammy, has won the crown of Miss International Queen 2011.

Sammy, who won a cash prize of US$10,000, also won the Miss Perfect Skin category.

The 1st run-up was Miss Sahhara from Nigeria, and 2nd run-up was Miss Margaret from Lebanon.

The 7th annual Miss International Queen Pageant was held in Pattaya from October 31-November 4.

Bringing together some of the world's most beautiful transsexuals, the event is organized by Tiffany’s Show and supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

Last year's winner was Miss Mini of South Korea.

The rules state that entrants must be born male and be a transvestite or transgender. Pre- and post-op competitors are welcome, though proof of natural gender may be requested in the form of a birth certificate or doctor’s verification.

Miss International Queen has grown to become one of the hottest pageants in Thailand, and Tiffany’s theatre was crowded out on the final night.
