A Night with Divas New & Jew Raises Charity Funds at Hard Rock

Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya held its 10th Annual Charity Project at the Hall of Fame Ballroom with the theme “A Night with the Divas, New & Jew”.

The event was supported by General Kanit Permsub, Deputy Chief Aide-De-Camp and General to His Majesty the King, and Itthipol Kunplome, Mayor of Pattaya City.

The opening ceremony and cocktail reception were held at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya’s sassiest venue, the Soul Lounge.

Drinks were on free-flow and guests were offered the opportunity to buy “charity drinks” at 100 baht per glass.

The night started off with the auctioning of limited edition and collection photos of His Majesty the King and with Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, which were donated generously by General Kanit.

A fun-filled atmosphere was created during the auctioning of favorite items such as room accommodation vouchers with guests trying to outbid the others.

There were some great and collectable items that were immediately snapped up during the auction, such as a boxing glove with Muhammad Ali’s signature, a David Beckham photo with his autograph and OBE honorary medal, paintings donated by Asia’s talented mute artist Wilson Goh, and many more collectibles.

New & Jew took center stage later in the night, and their soulful voices got their fans up and dancing.

This year, proceeds will be donated to fund the HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Charity Fund, the Melissa Cosgrove Children’s Foundation, Chonburi College of Agriculture and Technology, Baan Chark Nork Primary School, and the Children and Women Protection Center, Royal Thai Police, Region 2.
