Matrix Party Launches International, Award-Winning Developer's Newest Projects in Pattaya

On Saturday 22nd October Matrix Developments held their spectacular, red carpet, Hollywood-style event at the five-star  the Centara Grand Mirage Resort that indeed dazzled its guests and competitors. Matrix/Iguana is one of the most successful property developers in Pattaya and for many years has built an impressive portfolio of finished projects.

The event was proudly hosted by Matrix’s Managing Director Miki Haim who had just returned from the Overseas Property Professional (OPP) Awards in London UK, where he collected the winning Gold Award for excellence as the ‘Best Developer South East Asia 2011’ on behalf of Matrix Developments.

Managing Director Haim said the win was attributed to the company mantra, “We deliver our promises – on time and on budget”.

The event was held to launch two exciting new projects, The Vision on Pratumnak Hill, a 23-story high rise comprising of 216 units and Amazon Residence, a 796 unit low rise in Jomtien. The wonderful, invitation only party was also to celebrate the past successes of Matrix.

The Matrix leader insisted on celebrating the success of Matrix with those people that made it all possible, the investors, the Matrix staff and foremost the Pattaya property agents.

The evening started at 18:00 in the garden of Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya with champagne and aperitifs. Luck was with them as the rain started exactly at the moment the 530 people moved inside into the large ballroom for the start of the shows and the evening’s entertainment.

After the first show and presentation of the new TV production for the Amazon Residence, especially done in a new style that wowed the audience, a lavish buffet opened with the most delicious array of food as the Centura Grand Mirage Resort does so well.

With a free flow of wine, vodka cruisers and “probably the best beer” that seemed endless the evening went with a swing.

The buffet was followed by the 2nd show of the evening and the presentation of the TV campaign this time for The Vision. Done in a new and unusual style that is new to Pattaya it certainly caused a stir. Starring stunning model and actress Kelly Jones and many of the Matrix staff, the action packed production, directed by acclaimed director and producer James Lingwood, certainly got the attention of the VIP audience.

After the stunning shows and presentations of the impressive new TV productions there was an Oscars style awards ceremony hosted by Miki Haim and Rony Fest, Directors of Matrix Developments, honoring the best agents for the achievements in selling Matrix projects.

The evening finished with a prize draw with some great prizes and a spectacular display of fireworks that finished off the event perfectly.
