Pattaya Times Newspaper- NONG PRUE, Thailand (May 19, 2011)  The agony and strength of Seaman Daniel Williams and his Royal Thai Navy counterpart are visible in their faces and arms as they pull during the tug-o-war contest during Sports Day for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2011. Sailors attached to USS Tortuga (LSD 46), USS Howard (DDG 83), and USS Reuben James (FFG 57), participated. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
