Pattaya Times Newspaper- NONG PRUE, Thailand (May 19, 2011)  Seaman Daniel William, attached to USS Howard (DDG 83), and a Royal Thai Navy Sailor show-off their biceps prior to the tug-o-war contest, part of Sports Day at the Nong Prue Municipality Sports Field.  Sailors attached to USS Tortuga (LSD 46), USS Howard (DDG 83), and USS Reuben James (FFG 57), participated in Sports Day, part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2011.  CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
