Pattaya Times Newpaper- NONG PRUE, Thailand (May 19, 2011)  Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Kimberly Hernandez, Gunner's Mate Seaman Allison Casey, and Fire Controlman 1st Class Sean Causey, all attached to USS Howard (DDG 83), participate in the 'three-person, four-leg' race during Sports Day at the Nong Prue Municipality Sports Field. Sailors attached to USS Tortuga (LSD 46), USS Howard (DDG 83), and USS Reuben James (FFG 57), are participating in Sports Day as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2011.  CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
