Pattaya Times Newspaper- BAN CHANG, Thailand (May 19, 2011)  A young student at Wat Koh Primary School performs a traditional Thai dance for U.S. Navy Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133, Det CARAT Thailand, and their Royal Thai Marine engineer counterparts, at an engineering civic action project for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2011.  The students were performing in a large open-air performance and recess facility constructed by the two countries.  CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
