Pattaya Times Newspaper- BAN CHANG, Thailand (May 19, 2011)  U.S. Navy Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133, Det CARAT Thailand, and their Royal Thai Marine engineer counterparts, stand together at a dedication ceremony for an engineering civic action project for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2011.  Forces from both countries constructed a large open-air performance and recess facility for the school, which previously lacked any foul-weather shelter for outdoor events.  CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
