A unique wine dinner is being held once again due to popular demand at the Sheraton Pattaya Resort on May 28. The wine dinner will feature marvelous cuisine that will perfectly complement the fantastic Australian wines from Brokenhills Estate Winery.




 


This dinner ensures a delightful evening with a very special guest Leigh Gilligan, the director of Brokenhills Estate.

Gilligan is a true veteran of the Australian wines. Among his creations is the exceptional Gilligan Shiraz Grenache Mourvedre at McLaren Vale. He will bring in his extensive knowledge, charm and experience of over 25 years to delight the wine lovers on this special evening.

The dinner includes a lavish 5 course menu especially created by the resorts award-winning chef, Spencer Kells, which includes seared scallops, braised shin of veal, pea risotto, edamame mash, lobster truffle sauce, lobster truffle sauce, kabayaki just to name a few.  A range of specially selected wines from Brokenhills Estate Winery will of course complement the evening.

The price for this lavish wine dinner is 2,500 baht nett per person. The pre dinner will be from 6.30pm-7pm at Sheraton Pattaya Resort's Infiniti Restaurant where Charles Steiner NV BRUT, Brokenhills Estate Dry Red 2008 & Dry White 2008 will be served.

During the dinner, from 7pm - 10pm Amanda’s Brook Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret’s Bluff Chardonnay, Bundie’s patch Shiraz and Crombolo’s Block Cabernet Sauvignon will be served at the Papaya Restaurant.
