CARAT 2011 US and Thai Navy help Watkoh school in Rayong during the bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.



Pattaya Times - RAYONG PROVINCE, Thailand (May 13, 2011)  Construction Electrician 3rd Class Dustin Haberle, attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, and a Thai Navy engineer connect cables inside an electrical box during a engineering civic action project at  Watkoh school. Members of NMCB-133 are currently on deployment and supporting Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2011.  CARAT 2011 is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
