With new hotels and restaurants opening all the time in Pattaya the mayor wants to stay on top of things ensuring tourists receive first class service.
Pattaya Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome recently held a training session for restaurant, hotel and beauty parlor owners to improve their customer service and sanitation standards.
Pattaya Mayor Itthiphol said, “The purpose of the training session is to raise standards and the image of Pattaya nationally and internationally. When tourists visit Pattaya the three places they go are the hotels, restaurants and the beauty parlors such as hair salons and spas. Therefore, it is important that these businesses offer a memorable service.”
The training provided knowledge about customer service skills as well as sanitation focusing on all aspects of hygiene to raise standards to the world's best. Attendees were also tested on the importance of service standards and cleanliness.
