DusitD2 Baraquda Pattaya and Siam Winery is hosting a “Born in France Made in Thailand” being prepared by Thai & French Chef Phillippe Keller to be held March 26.




 


Dusit Thani’s Michelin star French Chef Phillippe Keller will be skillfully showcasing a creative French 5-course menu with French techniques yet using only products from the Thai royal project foundation that will be paired with the best and award-winning wines of Siam Winery.

The chef dinner will take place on March 26 at the dazzling DusitD2 Baraquda Pattaya from 6.30pm onwards. The dinner is priced at 1,999++ baht per person inclusive of pre-dinner cocktails at sunset lounge, 5-couse dinner, a glass of wine for each course & live entertainment.

Chef Phillippe’s sumptuous 5-course menu includes;

● amuse - bouche

● pan fried duck liver and crayfish, caramelized apples with walnuts, baby rocket salad, served with port wine sauce and grapes

● river lobster bisque scented with brandy, orange and saffron foam

● pan-fried beef tenderloin, served with classical mash potatoes, vegetables structure with wild mushroom and bordelaise sauce with red wine or seared filet of trout from ``the royal project`` bruxelle sprout stew, mushroom ravioli with spinach puree served with white butter

● traditional lukewarm french chocolate moelleux, served with vanilla ice cream

● coffee, tea and mignardises
