Dusit Thani to Spoil Diners in March

Executive Chef Adrian W. O’Herlihy has been busy again, coming up with some amazing food at the Dusit Thani’s restaurants for the month of March.



At the Bay Italian restaurant, indulge in savoury flavours from the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian seas of the Meditterranean that come in a fascinating fusion wrapped in sublime panache and style! Must-sample cuisine includes Saltimbocca di Dentice Profumato al Marsala con Spiedino di Capesante Condite con Salsa di Gamberi su Cous Cous Aromatica (Escalope of red snapper, seasoned with fresh sage, wrapped in Parma ham and pan-fried garnished with a skewer of sea scallops, prawn bisque, aromatic couscous, THB 950) Pesca Spada alla Griglia con Caponata Siciliana (Grilled swordfish with Sicilian caponata, THB 700) and many more.


The Bay is located near the Lagoon Pool of Dusit Thani Pattaya and is open daily from 11:30 am-10pm.


The Peak Chinese restaurant throughout March, features Braised Sea Bass with Savoury Stuffing flavoured with pork & shrimp stuffing, black mushrooms & piquant seasoning (THB 650), Banana Prawns with Pumpkin Filling with carrot, leeks, sweet jujube & young garlic (THB 650), Grilled Duck Breast in Szechuan Sauce with stir-fried kale, black mushrooms, bell peppers, young garlic, Szechuan chillies & spring onion (THB 690) and Stewed Pork Tendon Broth with Chinese Spices - a soup of stewed pork tendon, black mushrooms, bamboo pith, longan & 3 Chinese spices (THB 650).


The Peak Chinese Restaurant is on the 8th floor of Dusit Thani.


Meanwhile at the Cascade Restaurant the theme of the month will be ‘Hibernia’…modern contemporary cuisine of Ireland – the ‘emerald isle’

 “Abundant land’ is thought to be the original meaning of Hibernia and some historical accounts say it is the classical Latin name for the island of Ireland. In March, no one else could prepare a more modern and contemporary Irish cuisine than Chef Adrian W. O’Herlihy who hails from the Emerald Isle himself. Discover the modern innovative approach that Chef Adrian will create in dishes such as Poached John Dory Fillets with Clonmel Cider Sauce (THB 450), Roast Rack of Lamb Boyne Valley (THB 950), Supreme of Chicken Hibernia (THB 500) and lots more.


The Cascade Restaurant is near the Main Lobby of Dusit Thani Pattaya and is open from 6am – 1am


The Dusit Gourmet is featuring the flavours of the Marian Plum, the sweet and fragrant tropical fruit jewel of Southeast Asia.


The Marian Plum or Ma-prang is also known as the miniature version of the mango that ripens during March to May. It comes in either sweet or sour taste with the latter commonly used in making chilli dip or eaten with a sweet and salty sauce.


In March, the Marian Plum will come to you in different flavours that are best enjoyed with your favourite beverage at the Dusit Gourmet!


Dusit Gourmet is near the Main Lobby of Dusit Thani Pattaya and is open from 7am – 9pm.


Finally the cheese flight at the Lobby Lounge is featuring the green dairyland of Normandy, the French region that is not only rich in history but also in its premium cheese production. On the cheese menu are: Camembert de Normandie AOC, Livarot AOC and Pont-l'Évêque.  THB 450++ (3 x 50 grams). They are open daily from 11.30 am – 1am with a live band from 7pm to midnight
