Perfect French and Italian Fusion Place to Dine
Once you step into the restaurant you will be intrigued by its fancy high ceiling that matches their soft light creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Though the restaurant is situated close to Pattaya’s entertainment venues, when you’re in the restaurant you will feel like you are in culinary heaven.
What makes this French and Italian fusion restaurant different from other restaurants in the area is that it is luxurious but yet affordable.
They use the finest & freshest ingredients to create their delicious dishes of both Thai and European. Not only do they offer excellent French and Italian fusion cuisine but they also have a selection of wine and cocktails as well.
Some of the recommended dishes suggested by Chef Jackrit Pongpin are rack of lambs which consists of quality lamb imported from New Zealand served with mint and red wine sauce with a side of French fries (530 baht). Another must-try dish is medallion of pork tendon wrapped in bacon which is perfect French and Italian fusion dish served with sautéed spinach fettuccini and creamy mushroom sauce (170 baht).
A perfect starter dish would be their tasty lobster bisque cream soup served with cognac and garlic bread (120 baht) or their Caesar salad with Cos lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing with garlic crouton, bacon and parmesan cheese at only 100 baht.
They also offer typical Thai favorite Tom Yum Prawn with the soup that is reasonably hot and sour seasoned with lime, lemongrass and chili (110 baht).
If you have a sweet tooth then their banana spring roll with coconut ice cream (80 baht) or their freshly baked cheese cake served with chocolate ice cream and blueberry sauce (100 baht) is the perfect finish to your meal.
