England National Polo Team Take On Malaysian Polo Team for Coveted Anniversary Cup
Attend the International Polo Match and Lawn Party in Pattaya on Saturday, February 12 from 3 pm to 6 pm. The Anniversary Cup pits the awesome England National Polo Team against the excellent Malaysia Polo Team. The Anniversary Cup will be held at Thai Polo and Equestrian Club Pattaya sponsored by Mr. Harald Link, CEO B. Grimm Group of Companies and Mr. Drew Noyes, of the Pattaya Times newspaper and PAPPA Co., Ltd. Law Office.
The England National Team will fly to Pattaya to challenge the Malaysian Polo Team for the coveted Anniversary Cup awarded to the victor of the intercontinental match of the Sport of Kings, polo palyed at the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club, Pattaya.

The Anniversary Cup offers a spectacular polo match with magnificent horses, some of the world's most-skilled riders and world-class polo play on Asia's largest and finest polo field. The mood is festive and a relaxed, fun party on the lawn cheering on the world-class polo teams for three hours Saturday afternoon at the magnificent, 2,000 acre Thai Polo & Equestrian Club, Pattaya: Asia's largest polo club.
Come and cheer the England Team who came so far to take the Anniversary Cup back to England or show your team spirit for our neighbors in Malaysia whose many superb polo teams have thrilled Thai Polo Club guests with their on field play. Malaysia polo is led by Crown Prince of Pahang, HRH Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah who supports the Thai Polo Club, Pattaya and heads the South East Asia Polo Federation.
Prince Abdullah is an avid and skilled polo player in his own right and often leads his Royal Pahang team to glorious, hard fought victories in Thai Polo matches and fielded a team against his close friend Harald Link when the Royal Pahang team played the first-ever beach polo match in Hua Hin last year against Harald Link's Thai Polo Team.
