Not only is the Hard Rock Hotel one of Pattaya’s best hotels for its uniqueness and quality but the hotel itself also gives back to the community. Their recent Pinktober campaign raised a total of 130,000 baht which was donated to the Thanyarak Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness.

This is the 11th year of the Pinktober campaign and the 3rd year in which Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya has been supporting the project.

General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya Matt Carley said, “We have raised 130,000 baht this year from selling Pinktober merchandises such as pins, T-shirts, handkerchiefs and bracelets. As for the Pinktober pin frame, it was auctioned off to Mr. Jeff Morelen for 20,000 baht. The money was donated to Thanyarak Breast Cancer Foundation who will indeed further raise awareness and knowledge on prevention of breast cancer.”

The Pinktober campaign was participated by all of the Hard Rock Hotels throughout Thailand (Bangkok and also Phuket) all with the aim of finding a cure and creating awareness for breast cancer. Throughout October Hard Rock Hotel chains sold signature Pinktober items ranging from cocktails to souvenirs. The Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya event painted one of their rooms pink and released a special promotion especially for the event.
