The Healthy Meal franchise, with branches throughout Thailand specializing in nutritious protein drinks, opened their first store in Pattaya in Soi Khao Talo just four months ago. With the immediate success of the shop, Healthy Meal has expanded to opening a second store in Jomtien.
Dr. Chanya Itsarangkul Na Ayutthaya owner of Jomtien Healthy Meal said, “As a doctor I have come across many foreigners who are overweight or those with blood pressure problems or have diabetes. This is why I have decided to open a Healthy Meal shop in Jomtien because the majority of the foreigners live here. I have recommended many foreign patients of mine to eat healthier and exercise every now and then. Most of them would tell me that it is difficult because Thai food is so delicious. I suggested my patients to drink the Healthy Meal drink once a day and they would already get the daily dose of nutrition they needed which will result in them feeling so much better.”
