Park Yae Ram a 14-year-old Korean flutist who will be performing at the Charity Concert.


The Pattaya Times is supporting an afternoon charity concert to be held in Bangkok at the Embassy of The Republic of Korea. Korean Ambassador H.E. Chung Hae-Moon and Madame Cho Jung-Sun will host the event in association with the YWCA Bangkok with support from the wives of ambassadors from other countries stationed in Bangkok. Funds raised will help the Global Theological Institute. Tickets are available in Pattaya.



The charity event will be held at the Korean Embassy on Tuesday, September 7 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. High tea will be served along with the music of child protégé  Park Yae Ram, a 14-year-old Korean flutist. In addition to the concert, there will be a mini bazaar, fashion show of national costumes worn by ambassadors' wives and honored guests and an auction of orchids grown by ML Poomchi Chumbala.

Ticket donation is 1,000 Baht per person. Tickets are available in Pattaya at the office of the Pattaya Times 448/21 Thepprasit Road Soi 3 or by calling Drew Noyes at 038 301 050 or send an email request to MD@pattaya-times.com.

Members of Pattaya civic and social clubs like Rotary, Optimist, Lions, Expat, Charity, Ladies, Veterans and Lighthouse are urged to attend to show the support of cultural, charity events by Pattaya residents.  Members and non-members of clubs are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The Embassy of The Republic of Korea in Bangkok is located at 23 Thiam-Ruammit Road, Ratchadapisek, Huay Kwang Bangkok.
