The Lighthouse Club Hosts Charity Get-Together

Xanny was there to gain experience of the Lighthouse before she acts in an ambassadorial role for the big Movers & Shakers networking evening planned for December 3.

Nakadia attended the Pullman courtesy of The Bed who had booked her to perform exclusively for their guests later the same evening. Lighthouse members who went on to The Bed were asked to pay 400 baht admission fee which in part has gone back to the club in the shape of a 10,000 baht cheque donated by The Bed’s group General Manager Martin Simons.

The main club gathering was held in the Pullman’s Sunset Lounge which gave a great combination of an open air terrace overlooking the beach and a comfortable undercover interior. The weather decided to behave itself so many took the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely drink while taking in the sea views from the terrace.

The Bed, with its sunken bar and areas surrounding it where you can lie down and observe the more energetic patrons, ensured the mood switched from leisurely to lively.

Many agreed that the venues had proved a fun combination.

The 10,000 baht donation will be put towards the club’s project which is to raise awareness of safety issues in construction and to assist in the provision of safety and schooling for the underprivileged construction worker’s children of Thailand. Not only that, the Lighthouse Club also supports the Melissa Cosgrove Foundation.
