Pattaya Seeks Young PR Ambassador

Pattaya is holding a Young PR Ambassador competition to search for talented teenagers to become the face of Pattaya and Chonburi in future promotions. The first round of the competition will take place at the Central Center from 11:00 am on July 5 with the final held at the same venue and time on July 9.
The city administration has teamed up with Central Center, North Pattaya and the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya to search for multi talented teenagers to represent Pattaya and Chonburi and help promote the city and province as a tourist destination for both locals and foreigners.
The competition has attracted the interest of local school students, resulting in hundreds of applicants. The winners, as well as being part of helping to develop Pattaya tourism, will be taught various skills designed to help them in the future. Winners will undergo training where they will learn about how the city is run from past to present as well as gaining an understanding of tourism in Pattaya. They will be taught how to speak politely, how to present themselves and how to use English in a business environment.
The winner will receive prize money of 25,000 baht, the first runner up will receive 20,000 baht and the second runner up 10,000 baht.
