Rotary Club Phoenix Pattaya recently hosted their annual spring party at the new convention center of the Diana Garden Resort Pattaya that was featured in the last issue of the Pattaya Times.

About 170 guests and Rotary members took part and enjoyed themselves with a delicious buffet dinner, very reasonably priced drinks, interesting shows and tombola.

Among the 170 guests and members were Mrs. Sophin Theppajuk, Managing Director and Owner of the Diana Group, District Governor Siri Eiamchamroonlarp, The German Military Attache in Thailand, Colonel Peter Gerhard and Mr. Nitti Krongkrut, Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand Pattaya office.

Blind children from the Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind moved the crowd with their singing and the students from the Pattaya City School 8 led by Mr. Apisit Sangjunt also entertained the crowd with performances from the school band.

Students from the Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind and Pattaya City School 8 received a donation of 5,000 baht each from the President of the Rotary Club Phoenix Pattaya.

The highlight of the night was the Tombola which was enjoyed by everyone. Overall it was a great event where goods were donated and valuable prizes were given out.
