PSC Golf from Tropical Bert's
Thanks to our Captain, DB, for scheduling Khao Kheow course again, one of our favourites (except for Steve Hamstad, who attended never the less). The weather was fne and the greens were medium speed.
We played off the yellow tees, which makes the course a challenge and anybody who plays to their handicap should be saluted.
In the evening, back at Markland's roof top restaurant, our babbling brook, DB, recounted the events of the day. I asked Brian Gabe, our "A" fight winner to what he attributed his success at KK. He responded that he had wanted to "win one for the guppy". Methinks he was referring to his pet which had long since passed away. This sentiment brought tears to all our eyes, especially visitor Tony Wickham, who himself has several aquariums and is acquainted with the anguish following over-fed fsh.
