From right: Deputy Governor of Chonburi Rewat Phonlookin, Chairman of the Pattaya City Council Tawich Chaisawangwong, Pattaya Deputy Mayor Wirawat Khakai and Former Member of Parliament Poramet Ngamphichet at the annual religious ceremony of Nongyhai Temple with the purpose of raising funds to build a Buddhist temple.
