Don't Be Fooled by Land Office Fee 2-month reprieve

In an exclusive interview with the Pattaya Times newspaper the Head of the Chonburi Land Offices, which includes Pattaya and Siracha,  said, "The parliment voted to delay the land office fee increase for an extended period of two months.  Four of the five fees, including the Land Office fees will not go up. However, the Business tax element of the fees, whcich is the largest fee of all, will go up after March 26."
