Jomtien Lions Treat Students

Members of the Jomtien Lions Club had the pleasure of taking 18 students from the Redemption Centre to the Joe Louis Restaurant and Puppet Theatre recently. The students enjoyed an excellent buffet and the fabulous dancers and puppeteers. At the end of the performance, the students had their photograph taken with the puppets. A huge 'thank you' to the manager, Khun Banyong and his staff for making it such a wonderful night for all.
To help with their studies, the students have since written essays, in English, about their experience. These were very moving, especially their comments about being treated like 'normal' people by the staff and patrons of the restaurant and theatre.
