Pattaya City 2010 Techno 293 Asian Championships & Asian Windsurfing Festival Cont.
Another local youth sailor who will not be moving on to the Summer Youth Olympics but can still be proud of his achievements was Mr. Kitpanatachai Phantawee who came third in the male youth Techno 293 Class.
The eight-day long Pattaya City 2010 Techno 293 Asian Championships & Asian Windsurfng Festival was held at Jomtien beach with a highlight being the under 16 years old Techno 293 Class. There were sailors from all over Asia competing in the event and the top two winners out for four will get the chance to compete in the Summer Youth Olympics in August 16-31.

The female youth champion ‘Dao’ Siriporn showed off her amazing techniques and scored frst place in the female round of the Techno 293 Class as well as winning another event. The second place in the female Techno 293 Class was Lyn Hai Zia from China and third place went to Mun Kha Kae from Hong Kong.
As for the male Techno 293 Class, the winner was Cherg Chun ■ From page B1: Pattaya City 2010 Techno 293 Asian Championships & Asian Windsurfing Festival Cont. Lerg from Hong Kong, followed by Chern Mou Pin from China and Mr. Kitpanatachai Phantawee from Thailand who came third.
Apart from the exciting Techno 293 Class there was also a Mistral One Design Class competed by all Thail nationals in which Mr. Narvin Singsart came frst, followed by Mr. Saeksorn Khunthong, and Mr. Nathaphong Phonoppharat in third place.
In the Raceboard Overall Class, frst place went to Mr. Ake Boonsawat, followed by Phanutouch Ruamsub, and Mr. Aphichart Tibtummark all from Thailand.
