Police Officers Given Training to Improve Service Quality
Pol. Maj. Gen. Sakda Chuenpakdee Immigration Division 3 Superintendent as he lectures local police officers and officers from five other provinces.
The Chonburi Immigration Office recently held a training project to develop immigration police officer skills with local officers and officers from nearby provinces attending. The purpose of the training was to promote the new ‘3S’ service policy; Service Mind, Security and Standard.
Pol.Maj.Gen. Sakda Chuenpakdee, Immigration Division 3 Superintendent was the chairman along with Pol.Col. Athiwit Kamolrat Commander of the Chonburi Immigration Bureau to host the officer training project at the Bangkok Hospital Pattaya. The event was attended by local police officers and officers from Sa Kaew, Rayong, Chachergsao, Trat and Juntaburi.
Pol.Col. Athiwit said, “The purpose of our training project is to improve the quality of our service under the policy of Police Lt. Gen. Wut Lipatapallop, Immigration Bureau Commissioner. We want to give our guests a good impression by making sure that our officers are offering services from the heart (Service Mind) to create security for the country and its people (Security), under the correct rules and regulations (Standard).”
Pol.Maj.Gen. Sakda added, “The training focuses on making sure that our officers are friendly to the people no matter what nationality they are. The officers must remember to smile. They must be willing to do whatever task is necessary and not choose to do only do the tasks they want. They must offer a service that satisfies people's needs and makes people comfortable in their dealing's with the police.”
