Northpoint Nears Completion

The finishing touches are being put on the impressive Northpoint Condominiums.
Through December 2009 construction works at the Northpoint site continued towards completion and the first phase of incoming home owner inspections have commenced in preparation for unit ownership transfer.
Internally apartment unit fit-out works are continuing up the buildings. Externally the beachfront zone hardscape, softscape, swimming pool and water feature works are complete with the swimming pools and lily pond water features having been water-filled and the jungle water slide installations are complete.
At both towers the main entrance lobby works are now complete. The sky gardens at level 29 tower A and level 24 tower B are also practically complete. The fitness room areas are in the process of fit-out with all remaining gym equipment being delivered and installed at site.
The car park building painting, mesh and planter box façade installations remain ongoing towards completion.
