The Cape Dara project is planned to be a luxury hotel and a center where international business people meet. Cape Dara Hotel will be operated under Mike Business Group led by Mr. Sirat Mekavarakul, CEO of the Mike Business Group.

He has been running businesses in both Bangkok and Pattaya alongside the Kasikorn Thai Bank for more than 20 years.
Cape Dara will be built under Conner Co., Ltd and 300 million baht has already been approved. The project is estimated to cost 1,079 million baht to complete.
Cape Dara will be located on a cliff right next to the beach in North Pattaya with panoramic sea view from every room. It will have 272 rooms, two restaurants, a convention hall for meetings,a club house and a range of other facilities.
Mr. Sirat Mekavarakul, CEO of the Mike Business Group hopes that Cape Dara will be a five star highend hotel what will attract more business tourists to Pattaya with the focus being on Australians.
Mr. Sirat said, “At the moment there are less than 10 hotels in Pattaya that contains the natural beauty of the beach and surrounding environment. We were lucky to have this land to build Cape Dara because it is located on a cliff that has untouched green trees, real rocks and is only a few steps away from the beach. Guests can hear the crashing of the waves and the smell of fresh summer air. I guarantee that the guests would want to cherish this moment. Pattaya beach is a valuable place and should be put to use that it deserves. Guests that come to Cape Dara will be given a service and priceless experience . If we can make the guests feel that what they paid for is a lot less than what they are getting, they will be willing to come back. Not only that, if we can attract high-end customers we will generate more income. At the moment high-end travelers are familiar with Phuket but not yet Pattaya, and Cape Dara will fix that.”
