Pattaya Gears up For 2010 Money Expo
Money and Banking Magazine celebrates the Money Expo stepping into its 10th year with signs of an improving economy by hosting the 2010 Money Expo right here in Pattaya on February 5-7 at the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH) Convention Hall at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort.
The 10th Money Expo will be held under the concept ‘The Road to Wealth’ with the aim of creating financial stability to the people in all regions across Thailand. This is the second time that the Money Expo is being held in Pattaya.
Mr. Sunthi Wiriyarungsalit, Editor of the Money and Banking Magazine and also the chairman of the 2010 Money Expo said, “The first Money Expo was held in the year 2000 and has been a success ever since. In the past nine years over 5.1 million people have visited the event and 646 000 million baht worth of loans, mortgages and other services were applied for.”

The Money Expo will be held in four regions across Thailand. The Money Expo acts like a center for banks and other financial institutions to connect with the local people and small business owners. It gives these people the opportunity to directly consult with bank officers and find
solutions to their problems which will promote financial growth.
There will be more than 22 banks and other financial institutions both governmental and private that will offer customers great deals and packages as well as free consulting for SMEs. There will be low interest loans for cars, houses, education, SMEs, and credit cards with special conditions. There will also be high interest rate deposits available, life and health insurance, and other professional financial advice. Thai celebrities and entertainers will also be performing everyday throughout the event.
