Thai and Foreign owned business enterprises can now seek advice from a new agency, the “Pattaya Centre For Sustainable & Excellent Business Management” (PCEBE) which will porovide business owners with assistance with matters especially in relation with Thai Law and local government regulations.

This is the first time that a dedicated business assistance authority has been set up in Pattaya to help both Thai and foreign business owners
in Pattaya.

Managing Director Khun Virasit stressed the willingness of the PCEBE to help foreigner nationals & Thai citizens alike. A common problem
with foreign business owners is that they do not understand local laws and conditions. As far as new Thai business operators go, there has
never been much advice available, but now the PCEBE is offering "one on one" consultations.
